What You’ll Be Doing:
* Resident-Centered Care: Deliver high-quality, individualized care that respects the dignity and comfort of each resident.
* Medication Administration: Administer and monitor medications in line with care plans and best practices.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the care team to ensure continuity of care and provide support to junior staff.
* Care Documentation: Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans, supporting holistic health and well-being.

Requirements
Requirements:
* NMC Registered: Valid NMC UK registration as an RGN or RNLD.
* Experience: New RGN graduates are welcome; RNLD candidates should have at least one year of nursing home experience.
