For the successful Customer Service Advisor our client is offering:
* Starting salary of £25,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday 8.30 am till 5.00 pm
* Permanent position
* 20 days + Bank Holidays

The role - Customer Service Advisor :
* Responsible for managing inbound calls and providing a high level of customer service
* Handling a range of inquiries and providing quotations to customers
* The taking and processing of orders within a timely manner
* Manage and take ownership of any complaints from customers
* Administer emails and respond to customers via telephone and written methods where necessary
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Advisor :
1. Previous customer service experience within an office/call centre environment - ESSENTIAL
2. Experience working with customer complaints/problem solving - ESSENTIAL
3. Good MS Office Literacy - ESSENTIAL
