Job Duties:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual students
* Assess student progress and provide feedback to regular teachers
* Follow school policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Good knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience in a teaching role is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Understanding of different learning styles
* Proficient in using technology in the classroom
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in various schools on a temporary basis. The working hours are typically during school hours, Monday to Friday. The teacher may need to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
