Our client is a successful and established company based in Crook, County Durham. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with them on a full time, temp to perm basis. If you meet the person specification for the role below, please apply for an immediate response.
The Role you will be Doing
* Ensure a high quality, customer focused service at all times.
* Show excellent communication skills with a wide range of customers, suppliers and colleagues.
* Liaise and maintain a good rapport with suppliers and couriers for both products and services.
* Use various IT systems such as Microsoft packages and in house company systems.
* Engage with customers to ensure needs are met and communicate back to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage complaints in a timely, professional manner.
* Have a professional manner when communicating over both the phone and emails.
* Respond to email enquiries regarding sales questions.
* Answer all incoming sales and customer service calls.
* Prepare finance options and applications for the company, and approve/cancel when applicable.
* Send payment emails to customers requesting payment on BACS orders.
* Gain an excellent product knowledge and efficiently assist customers.
* Partake in managing social media platforms.
* Support team members with payment queries.
* Support team with product knowledge.
About You
* Have previous experience in a customer service based role.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times.
* Have knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Be IT literate.
* Have the drive to maximise sales.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high performance and a customer driven environment.
