Your mission
We are looking for anIT Administratorto join our London office to serve all our business hubs, mostly London and Zurich, and all users across several European countries.
Your profile
* Preferred Experience: 3+ years in IT Administration or Systems Support, preferably in a similar environment.
* Proficient with Mac (primary) and Windows (secondary) operating systems
* Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues
* IT Security and Cloud Management experience required
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar) are a plus, though not required
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-service orientation, and ability to manage time effectively
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Good spoken and written English - there are many different first languages in the company, but English is the one that we use for day to day communication

Location: Woolwich, London.
Your responsibilities
* System Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and desktops to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
* User Support: Provide first and second-line technical support to internal staff, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
* Network Management: Support network configuration, manage firewalls, VPNs, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
* Security Management: Implement and manage security protocols, antivirus software, patching, and updates; ensure compliance with data protection policies.
* Hardware/Software Management: Install, configure, and manage hardware (computers, printers, phones) and software (operating systems, office suites, specialised applications), including through the use of ‘one touch’ deployment strategies.
* Data Backup & Archiving: Manage regular data backups, recovery procedures, and archiving processes to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery capabilities. Monitor and verify backup systems, addressing any failures or inconsistencies promptly.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for IT processes, procedures, and inventory of assets.
* IT Project Support: Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
* Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for IT equipment, software licensing, and technical support agreements.
