At Billericay Daycare, we believe that every dog deserves a fun and safe environment to play and socialise. As a Doggy Daycare Team Member, you will be an integral part of creating that experience for our furry guests.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and interact with dogs in our daycare facility, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Organise and lead engaging activities, such as group play sessions, walks, and mental stimulation exercises.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitising play areas and equipment.
* Monitor and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioural concerns to the management team.
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or requests.
* Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to our policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Genuine love and understanding of dogs, with a commitment to their welfare and happiness.
* Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, ensuring their safety and maintaining control in group settings.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a similar role or in animal care is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
* Must have Level 3 Animal Management Qualification or equivalent.
