Their dedicated team of Admin, Finance, in-house Technical Support, Sales and Marketing work hand in hand to ensure that their customers are at the centre of what we do.
The Role:
Due to business expansion our client is looking for an IT Support technician to join their growing help desk support team based in Pride Park, Derby. You will be working alongside their 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support technicians providing support to their clients, be responsible for handling support requests and overcoming issues to the highest of standards. You will ensure satisfaction is met at all customer touch points, giving an exceptional level of customer service and communication.
The Requirement:
* Windows Server 2012-2025 – Installations, Configurations and Support
* Windows 10, 11, Windows 365
* Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy
* Full Microsoft 365 Suite - Administration, Support and Migrations
* Microsoft Azure & Entra AD
* Microsoft Intune
* Network Support (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANS, WAN)
* Configuration of Routers, Switches and Firewalls
* VM Ware/Hyper-V
* Veeam Backup Solutions
* Networking – Draytek, FortiGate, Cisco, Ubiquiti
* VPN Management
* VOIP Telephony – ideally 3CX
* Hardware Builds & Installation
* FortiGate Firewall experience is desirable

* Previous experience providing IT support
