About the Role:
As a Direct Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our growth in the South of the UK. We need a sales expert who can build powerful relationships with clients, tap into new business opportunities, and showcase our industry-leading products.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Hit the road 4 days a week, traveling across the South UK, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing deals that boost your earnings.
* Sell a premium product range of lab equipment, test and measurement products, labware, data loggers, water quality products, and lab supplies — trusted by clients across water/wastewater, agriculture, and applied markets.
* Plan your week with 1 dedicated day for organising your travel and targeting the hottest leads.
* Drive new business in growing markets by finding and converting opportunities into big wins.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven 7+ years’ experience in sales, into the water/wastewater, agriculture, or applied markets.
* A hunter mentality — you love chasing leads, closing deals, and surpassing your targets.
* A knack for selling technical products and providing solutions that deliver results.
* Self-motivated with strong organisational skills to maximise your travel and time.
* Willingness to travel across the South UK and meet clients face-to-face to drive business growth.
