Part Time Customer Experience Advisor
Hours: 9am – 7pm, weekend work occasionally, hybrid working available
Duration: Temporary until March 2025
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50ph
Location: Holmes Chapel
Key Duties:
* Answering the telephones and emails dealing with any bookings and memberships
* Following up sales leads through a range of communication tools
* Aiming to maximize sales closures through the sales process
* Deal with cancelations and day pass calls and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with
* Completing sales activity reports
Key Skills Required:
* Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
* IT Literate
* Experience in a customer service or sales role
* Full UK driving license
