Key Responsibilities:
As a highly skilled Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained. You will also be responsible for managing your own section of the kitchen, motivating and training other team members to achieve exceptional results.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a high-end kitchen environment, preferably with a 2AA Rosette standard
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
* Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
* Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong focus on attention to detail and time management
