We are looking for a business analyst to join a welcoming team. You will be reviewing operational effectiveness to streamline the customer complaint journey, analysing information, and assessing operational alignment with strategy.What you’ll be doing as a business analyst:
* Mapping complaint customer journeys.
* Undertaking detailed analysis of model business processes, functions, information flows and data structures.
* Consulting with clients to define requirements using Industry approaches and techniques.
* Gathering functional and non-functional requirements for sign-off.
* Converting requirements to a technical specification for different business areas.
* Supporting the project manager on scoping, objectives, estimation, assumptions, risk analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
* Creating data analytics/reports and process maps.
* Developing and manage project documentation deliverables.
* Complete special projects and other functions, as required.
