Working hours: 09:00 – 17:30pm Mon-Fri (Saturday rota in place at additional pay)

We're seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving positive change. To excel in this role, you must possess the following:
Out of hours phone rota:
Upon successful completion of probation the candidate will be required to enter into an out of hours phone rota. This will be rewarded with overtime rates.
Previous Experience: Ideally, you have previous experience in customer service, inbound/outbound call centres, control rooms, or contact centres, enabling you to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional service from day one.

Liaising with Engineers: Collaborate closely with our dedicated plumbing & drainage engineers to schedule follow-on jobs for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
