What the Job Involves The job involves managing referrals and overseeing the entire process related to the provision of aids and adaptations for council tenants with disabilities. You will arrange joint site visits, assess property viability for adaptations, and provide specialist advice on suitable modifications. Your responsibilities include preparing work specifications, inspecting construction works, and signing off completed adaptations. You will also manage the Aids and Adaptations budget, oversee contractor performance, and ensure all works meet specified requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in decision-making and troubleshooting during construction, ensuring all projects align with CBC standards and meet customer satisfaction.
