We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our Farnborough showroom. Can you deliver an exceptional level of personalised service to introduce feel good furniture to our customers and in turn improve their wellbeing? Then a fantastic opportunity awaits.

A day in the life of a Sales Assistant
· Offering a fantastic service from the start- Opening doors for customers and taking umbrellas to the car if it’s raining, making refreshments.
· Sharing knowledge about the wellbeing benefits of feel good furniture.
· Taking customers through our exclusive chair fitting service, enabling them to find the right furniture for them.
· Having an eye for detail to assist the customer with creating their dream furniture, from fabrics, leathers and styling options which will make their furniture not only feel good but look great too.
· Helping to keep your showroom, products looking their best by ensuring that they are clean, fresh and welcoming.
· Ensuring that customers are happy by creating a welcoming and friendly space.
· Processing customer orders accurately to ensure that their feel good furniture is crafted to their specification and arrives exactly as they imagined.
· Ensuring that you are smart in appearance, keeping your uniform clean and well presented.
· Our stores are open every day, so it is important to have flexibility to work during the weekends, as well as weekdays.
· With the role being customer facing a DBS check will apply.
