Team Leader - Digital Hub
Full time - 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm
£25,378.08 - £27,766.83

Key responsibilities
1. Motivating, developing and supporting every member of your team.
2. Providing resources necessary to give customers the very best service.
3. Managing resources and leading by example in safety and customer service.
4. Finding and taking opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Required skills & experience
1. Bags of retail experience.
2. Ability to motivate and get the best out of people.
3. Brilliant problem solver, comfortable making quick decisions.
4. Positive, curious, and full of ideas to improve experiences.
5. Willingness to expand skills using new technology.
6. Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
