The Windsor Forest Group is looking for a Creative Arts Lecturer – Art and Design Specialist to join our BCA team
This is a 0.83 fixed-term contract role.
We are seeking someone to teach on and contribute to the development and support for a range of programmes from Entry Level 1 to HE. Responsibilities include:
1. Teaching on various programs within the department.
2. Acting as a personal tutor.
3. Serving as the lead course manager for specific programs.
4. Contributing to curriculum development.
5. Providing support to students with specific educational needs and attending EHCP reviews.
6. Participating in marketing and recruitment activities.
7. Contributing to the development of the flexible curriculum and learning materials.
8. Establishing external contacts and promoting industry-based work.
9. Assisting with program coordination and administration.
10. Prioritizing professional development.
11. Maintaining and improving quality standards.
12. Adhering to BCA's policies and procedures.
13. Completing Health and Safety and Safeguarding training.
14. Fulfilling Health and Safety and Data Protection responsibilities.
15. Performing other duties consistent with the position's functions and grading.
