Assistant Rural Surveyor
Are you currently working towards your APC but looking for a new opportunity?
Not getting the exposure to different areas of rural practice? Feeling under supported?
This could be your next role. You could be joining a well-established surveying firm across the South East, with six offices covering rural property, estate management, planning, grant applications, renewables…the list goes on!
The variety of work that you'll undertake will put you in an excellent position to become a Chartered Surveyor and take your career to the next level.
One day you could be carrying out SFI schemes and the next be providing support in the sale and marketing of agricultural land, farms and estates.
The role will include giving professional advice and services to clients in the rural and agricultural property sector. You'll work with a range of clients on various matters and assist in identifying new business opportunities.
You'll be well supported, work in as fantastic, experienced team and make a contribution to a regional firm. Supported by your peers, you'll gain extensive on-the-ground training as well as opportunities to work autonomously.
The ideal candidate will be actively working towards their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and will have some professional experience. You'll be proactive, ambitious and have a good understanding of rural work.
