Job Description
3. Accurately record purchase invoices
4. Checking nominal codes
5. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
6. Opportunity to get involved with sales ledger and more
7. Process payment runs and manage queries from suppliers
8. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
9. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
10. Outstanding problem-solving abilities
11. Good organisational skills for managing a wide range of tasks

12. Have an understanding of purchase ledger and its processes
13. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
14. Proficiency in the use of Excel
