About the role
We have a requirement within the Chorley Head Office to recruit a Marketing, Communications and Events Administrator on a 12-month contract who will create engaging content to support:
Main Responsibilities
Marketing:
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
* Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
* Monitor and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Communications:
* Draft and distribute internal and external communications.
* Maintain and update the company website and SharePoint.
* Produce news stories and articles for internal publication.
Events Management:
* Plan, organize, and execute company events and conferences.
* Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders.
* Manage event budgets and logistics.
The Person
* Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a services consultancy or similar business. Proven track record of managing events from conception to completion.
* Experience in drafting and managing communications, both internal and external.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator), Hootsuite and Mailchimp
* Formal qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration or event management an advantage.
