Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Nuclear Resource Manager or in a similar project delivery role within the nuclear or energy sector.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
* Strong project management experience with a focus on resource planning and allocation.
* In-depth knowledge of nuclear project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
