We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Inhouse Sales team. This position will be dedicated to managing and cultivating relationships with smaller accounts in the UK and Ireland, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering business growth.
Responsibilities:
Support of strategic customers and system integrators in above market segments
Acquisition of new customers in the above segment
Technical support and solution recommendation in the field of AI and gas leak detection
Active account management and development of Strategic accounts in the relevant territories
Coordination with the EMEA Sales Team on Strategic accounts
Support of various marketing activities including trade shows, strategic industry committees, and marketing campaigns
Account management activity, forecasting and recordkeeping on the CRM
Collaboration and execution of Sales Strategies as well as monitoring customer needs in the field
Ability to demonstrate all company products to a wide variety of potential customers
Geographical coverage: Whole UK and Ireland.
Requirements:
Completed technical studies (e.g. Engineer, Chemist etc.) or a comparable technical apprenticeship
Minimum of three years accomplished sales experience in similar environment
Knowledge in Vacuum Technology and Analytical Instrumentation is of advantage
Autonomy and flexibility. Ability to work from home and be a self-starter
Customer-oriented thinking and acting
Willing to travel throughout UK, Ireland and occasionally in Europe
