Responsibilities
:
1. For new and existing deals, track audits based on seller audit policy.
2. Maintain seller audit tracker file with audit status and due date.
3. Establish audit scope based on standard audit scopes included in audit policy. Obtain Sponsoring Officer approval of audit scope.
4. Obtain engagement estimate based on proposed scope.
5. Determine auditor availability.
6. Provide contacts to auditor to coordinate audit timing.
7. Engage auditor. Arrange for SO to sign engagement letters.
8. Track audit progress from engagement to report issuance.
9. Review audit report.
10. Create audit cover sheet to track audit points.
11. Share report and findings with the transaction team.
12. If needed, schedule a follow up call to review results.
13. Document any required follow up on the audit cover sheet.
14. Finalize audit
Qualifications:
15. Relevant professional experience
16. Individual must have excellentmunication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
17. Individual must work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, andplete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up.
18. Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft based programs.
19. Tableau or visualization tool familiarity
20. Keen attention to detail
21. Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
22. Client relationship and solution skills
Additional non-core qualifications which will be considered are:
23. Experience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending at large financial Institution
24. Knowledge of wholesale loan (syndicated / bilateral) product and business, including an understanding of legal loan documentation, loan / funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flows, etc.
25. Experience working with clients under time constraints to facilitate a transaction or process.
26. Proven ability to collaborate with team members, Senior management, and other business constituents
27. Critical decision-making capabilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems
28. Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills with experience in continuously following-up with various stakeholders
29. Understanding and awareness of appropriate corporate and regulatory policies in relation to Lending
30. Focus on achieving/exceeding key operating standards within a KPI/metrics driven culture
31. Ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing
Education:
32. Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
