This is an exciting opportunity with a boutique UK media business focused on consumer-targeted out-of-home (OOH) advertising. With over 2,300 digital screens located in high-traffic environments such as health clubs, cinemas, shopping centers, and leisure venues, the company works with leading consumer brands, offering both content creation and advertising placement services. Their growing client base includes a range of well-known international, national, and local brands across sectors. With a significant revenue increase in 2024, the company is expanding and looking for a National Account Director/Manager to join its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with top media buying agencies and outdoor specialists in the UK while also developing direct connections with key marketing teams within prominent brands. Supported by a close-knit team and comprehensive training, this role is perfect for a proactive, goal-oriented salesperson ready to make a substantial impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
2. Secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
3. Provide “added value” by contributing to company objectives, promoting all products, and exploring cross-selling opportunities.
4. Make quality calls to existing and prospective clients and maintain a strong level of engagement.
5. Conduct face-to-face meetings post-training, creating impactful client interactions.
6. Cultivate meaningful client relationships at all levels, from entry-level to senior management.
7. Actively participate in team sales meetings and collaborate with team members as needed, including providing coverage during absences.
8. Lead marketing initiatives for your agency contacts and foster positive internal relationships across teams.
9. Ensure all administrative tasks align with company policies and procedures.
10. Represent the company professionally at all times, with flexibility for occasional after-hours client entertainment.
