Key Responsibilities
* Manage the portfolio of existing international customers.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers and respond promptly to queries and concerns.
* Produce quotes for customers and provide troubleshooting advice for systems and label printing.
* Liaise with the China office regularly for import and export queries
* Develop relationships and partnerships with new and existing customers.
* Work towards achieving individual targets and KPI’s and contribute to business goals.
* Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate effectiveness.
Skills & Requirements
* Excellent customer service and communication skills over telephone and face to face.
* Detail driven and adherence to deadlines.
* Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent team-worker with drive and enthusiasm.
* Familiarity with CRM systems
