Full-time, Office-based (Monday to Friday)
We are now recruiting on behalf of a friendly engineering company in Farnborough, Hampshire! We are looking for a dedicated and organised Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling our team of skilled engineers to carry out on-site client jobs. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all client requests are met promptly and efficiently while optimising the use of our engineering resources and completing all associated compliance and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule engineers for on-site client visits.
* Manage and prioritise service requests to ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and client interactions.
* Communicate effectively with clients and engineers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
* Monitor engineer availability and workload to optimise scheduling.
* Collaborate with the service desk team to enhance scheduling processes and improve service delivery
* Carry out all associated administration in support of works carried out, certifications etc.
We are looking for someone organised with the ability to trouble shoot and solve problems. Some admin experience would be great but the right attitude to learn and grow is morning important!
