We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent, part time Facilities Assistant join our team based at Uckfield Community Hospital, Uckfield.
1. Hours of Work – 30 hours.
2. Shift pattern - Monday to Friday. 11:00am until 17:00pm.
3. Pay £11.55 per hour.
4. Training will be provided.
5. DBS required.
About the role:
The post will require knowledge of all aspects required throughout the sites, including but not limited to cleaning, catering and portering.
The role may cover several aspects within one role on a daily basis.
The facilities assistant is responsible for delivering a full cleaning service and the provision of a food and beverage service in accordance with health and safety requirements, Patient Lead Assessments and the Care Environment (PLACE) and NHS property services cleaning manual, polices and procedures.
Role is responsible for the provision of support services assistance, ensuring areas under their responsibility are maintained to a high standard and that customers are served promptly, courteously and efficiently.
