We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our well established and bespoke development client. The role be based in Billingshurst and comes with a salary of £25,000.
Responsibilities for Office Administrator
* Obtaining quotes, negotiating, and buying materials for projects.
* Responsibility for all factory vehicles, plant and equipment including maintenance contracts, insurance and repairs
* Providing administrative assistance to the Factory Manager
* Communicating with suppliers and trades personnel
* Maintaining effective stock control systems and undertaking regular stock takes
* Responsibility for health and safety at the factory
* Preparing all relevant paperwork/documentation for Trade audits
* Monitoring holiday and sickness
Requirements for Office Administrator
* Strong organisation and administration experience
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible and able to adapt to change
* Experience of the construction industry ideal but not essential
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
* Able to manage workload proficiently
