Vacancy – Sales Administrator
We are recruiting for a permanent Sales Administrator for our client. You will provide administration support and sales work for the sales team, helping the business to achieve its goals for profitable sales growth and provision of ultimate customer service.
You will ensure that the experience for customers is an excellent one and encourages repeat ordering of our products and services. As the Sales Administrator you will provide excellent customer service, administrative support, helpful support to our internal colleagues and ultimate customer service for our external customers and consumers.
In your role you will work with new customers, including marketing, promotions and undertaking creative contact to raise our profile with important potential users of our wildlife products.
Responsibilities:
1. Telephone call handling and outgoing prospect calls, developing new customers, undertaking creative contact to raise our profile with important potential users of our products.
2. Assisting with hosting of customer visits to our showroom and premises.
3. Trade and retail show attendance.
4. Workshop and buying admin support.
5. Logistics support and liaison.
