Responsibilities
The role of Senior Analyst sits within UK Operations, Customer Business, reporting to the Supply Chain Performance Manager.
As a Senior Analyst, you will support the strategy toward more efficient, cost-effective processes during the lifecycle of the meter, from installation to removal. You will play a key part in driving our roadmap of improvements to help deliver the best possible experience to our customers.
In the performance of your role, you will focus on:
1. Invoice Validation: Assisting with automating and improving the accuracy of invoice validation processes
2. Dispute Tracking: Continuously improving the tracking of disputes from initial supplier dispute to credit recovery
3. Compliance: Ensuring all processes comply with industry standards and regulations
4. Reporting and Insights: Creating comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
5. Project Support: Supporting the development of project management documents, ensuring they are written and approved at each stage of the project
What you’ll bring
1. Strong ability to analyse complex data and generate actionable insights
2. Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel and data visualisation platforms
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
4. Proven ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions
5. Understanding of business principles and financial concepts to contextualise data analysis
6. Knowledge and understanding of the UK Energy Market and Smart Metering Infrastructure
