Your new company Service Engineer job supporting a large group who manufacture, install and maintain their products on client premises across Northern Ireland. They have grown year-on-year and seek to expand the team to manage this business growth. They have a huge client portfolio that continues to grow due to excellent management, products and back-up service which you can become part of. The team is currently over 200 employees and growing. Your new role Service engineering involves travelling to the site from your home to attend installations, repairs and routine servicing of the equipment. You can take the van home rather than go to Head Office daily. Recording works on the iPad, updating service logs, reporting further issues. You will be dedicated to an area of NI rather than travel too far and the role involves electrical and mechanical skills but you will be trained on the specifics of the equipment. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be able to repair, install and service equipment, so ideally, have experience in this within a field-based capacity. A clean driving licence is required as you have a company vehicle. Ability to complete service reports and a good customer service perspective What you'll get in return Salary is in the £31000 to £35000 bracket with annual review. Company vehicle which you can take home with you. Paid door to door for hours and overtime and call out allowance as you share call out rota.
