About the Role
At Vitality Corporate Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Member Care team.
Job Description:
We offer a competitive £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, for a 40 hour week contract between Monday to Friday 8am-7pm (shift patterns) and 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am-1pm).
Our hybrid working model allows for a healthy work-life balance, with 2 days a week spent in the office and 3 days at home. We value flexibility and are open to discussing variable hours available.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues, and working closely with the team to ensure seamless operations.
