We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Head of HR and Wellbeing to champion their people-first values across the UK.
As Head of HR and Wellbeing, you will lead the human resources strategy and champion employee wellbeing across all 20 locations. You’ll design and implement initiatives that not only drive performance but also ensure our team feels valued, supported, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy: Develop and execute policies and procedures aligned with the business' goals.
2. Wellbeing Initiatives: Create and manage programmes that promote mental health, physical wellbeing, and work-life balance.
3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, handling employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
4. Leadership: Provide guidance to teams across the sites, ensuring consistency and best practices.
