We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Power Platform / D CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics CRM. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Develop and Customize Solutions: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics CRM. Create and maintain custom entities, workflows, business processes, and plugins within D CRM.
• System Integration: Integrate D CRM with other internal and external systems using appropriate APIs and connectors. Develop custom connectors and automate data flows between systems.
• Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform and D CRM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the Power Platform and D CRM environments. Implement data migration strategies as needed.
• User Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and team members. Develop and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for the Microsoft Power Platform and D CRM.
• IP Development: Innovate and develop intellectual property (IP) to enhance our service offerings and differentiate our solutions in the market.
• Bid and Presales: Assist the sales team with technical expertise during bid and presales activities. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities to prospective clients.
• Customer Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert consulting to develop effective solutions. Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure solutions align with client objectives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and D CRM.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and D CRM customization and configuration.
• Dynamics customer service Design and development and skilled in OOB features.
• D customisation: Plugin, custom workflows, JavaScript.
• Power Platform Design and development: Model Driven app, Canvas App and Automate flows.
• PCF Controls in Power platform
• Experience in designing and delivering system integration using Power Automate, Azure functions, Logic Apps
• Good knowledge on Azure security including implementation of OAuth 2.0 using App registrations and Azure Entra
• Experience with integrating third-party systems and services via APIs and connectors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft Power Platform and/or D CRM certifications are a plus.
