Here you'll be involved in helping shape the development of the commercial team from a technical perspective.
So, day to day you'll be…
1. Working with panel insurers to help drive performance and develop these accounts strategically.
2. Placement work for technical and large commercial cases.
3. Meeting and providing technical advice to key commercial clients.
4. Identification of process improvements to help support overall revenue growth.
5. Data analytics and MI analysis to help identify and shape trends and opportunities.
6. Supporting training and development for handling staff.
7. Representing the brokerage at insurer events and industry functions.
This is a superb platform for you to bring your own ideas to the table and make this newly created remit completely your own.
Ideally, you'll have a background in commercial insurance with a passion for placement work and managing relationships with the market.
You'll need to be able to work in Carlisle three times a week in a hybrid capacity.
