The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Surface Dressing Supervisor to manage operations across the UK road network. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of surface dressing projects, ensuring safety compliance, resource management, quality control, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols, conduct briefings and audits, and ensure the correct use of PPE. Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and affected parties.
2. Operational Oversight: Manage the entire surface dressing process, including site surveys, risk assessments, and scheduling. Ensure all activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
