Proficiency in process modelling, process improvement techniques, and operating within technology-enabled business change frameworks is essential. Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, alongside exceptional communication skills and a robust understanding of modern technologies, are prerequisites.
Ideal applicants will possess BCS BA qualifications or equivalent project management certifications.
