We are looking for a dedicated and dependable, qualified social worker to join a Fostering Service as an Assistant Team Manager

Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to be part of their transformation as we work on Building for Brilliance plan in Fostering and will be a pivotal part in reaching their goals over the next year.
The role, under the direction of the Service Lead and Team Managers, will assist with the delivery of key service strands within Children’s Services. The ATM will support the Team Manager with managing statutory and non-statutory education or social worker functions.
The ATM will provide day to day supervision and management oversight of staff and deputise in the Team Managers absence. The role will support practitioners in the team through reflective, professional supervision, oversee the impact of planning for children and their carers, and contribute to an environment of individual and team learning and development.
