Digital Business Support Officer – Flexible Location

Scottish Forestry is seeking a Digital Business Support Officer to join our team with flexible working options across our various offices in Scotland. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for hybrid working.
In this dynamic position, you will be an essential part of our Transformation and Corporate Services (TCS) team, supporting the delivery of key digital initiatives across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing Administrative Support: Handling documentation, coordinating meetings and events, managing queries, and assisting in the continuous development of departmental procedures.
2. Engaging with Stakeholders: Understanding and documenting user requirements, managing relationships with digital service providers, and supporting service level agreements (SLAs).
3. IT Hardware Management: Administering and tracking IT inventory, as well as assisting in the deployment and retirement of IT devices.
4. Supporting Digital Development: Offering specialist advice on digital estate functionality, monitoring compliance with cyber resilience standards, and supporting training and awareness initiatives.
