The Project
The role involves carrying out all aspects of Bricklaying to a high standard, with the minimum of supervision. As a multi-skilled Tradesperson you should also be able to carry out other multi-skilled works to enable you to complete the whole job rather than just your core trade.
You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas. Typical work will comprise of maintenance/renewals to properties.

Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential Criteria:
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous bricklaying/building experience
• CSCS H&S Operative Test
• Certificate + CSCS Blue Card
Desirable Criteria:
• Certificate in Bricklaying or NVQ 2 in Bricklaying or the equivalent
• Experience working in the social housing sector
