Overview
We are seeking two individuals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working with children, teenagers, or young adults with SEND, SEMH.
Duties
* Planning and running one-to-one support sessions and educational group visits for children with SEND.
* Providing one-to-one support for neurodivergent adults.
* Assisting with farming duties, for example, preparing animal feed and mucking out.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an education or adult care support setting.
* Strong ability to organise and lead sessions, and be able to adapt to change as needed to meet the individuals' needs and mood.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Confidence around animals and willingness to learn how to care for livestock.
* Willing and able to be outside in all weather and active all day, including walking up hills.
* Willing to have an enhanced DBS check, attend safeguarding and first aid training (funded by us).
