Cost Clerk – Infrastructure
Location - Norwich
Purpose of the role:
To input and report on weekly plant and material costs within RDP.
What will you be doing:
1. Working day to day for the Cost Manager to:
2. Input weekly plant & material tickets into Oracle Costing System
3. Review Purchase Order Status Report with site teams for missing tickets.
4. Produce weekly cost reports and distribute to site teams / SSC.
5. Checking and using WBS Coding Structure
6. Invoice Query resolution - liaise with suppliers, procurement department, site & SSC.
7. Review aged plant & material accruals.
8. Check site plant books and supplier live hire reports v`s plant report.
9. Filing
10. General Admin Duties
11. Compliance to company procedures and policies

About you
Knowledge / Experience
21. Excel user who can manipulate data to provide easily available and understandable pivot tables.
22. Experience / interest in construction / engineering.
23. Own Transport essential
Education / Qualifications
24. Good grade in Standard Grade Maths – probably an Higher-level in Maths

25. Good Communication Skills
26. Excellent IT skills – with experience of using PowerPoint, excel, outlook and use of the internet.
27. Attention to detail and ability to monitor accurately.
