Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Wallasey + option for hybrid home working
Salary: £27,000
Contract: Full time, Permanent (35 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

You will be tasked with:
Providing additional support to the Customer Service Manager through managing a team of agents
Set objectives, targets, development plans, conduct appraisals and 1-2-1's
Monitor productivity and performance through KPIs
On-going coaching and development of customer services executives
Deal with any escalated customer or client issues
Ensure departmental standards are maintained setting objectives and targets
Ensure we provide best in class service on each customer interactionTo be considered for the role of Customer Service Team Leader you must possess the following;
Past experience in a managerial role (within contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar)
Excellent communication skills
