As our Chief People Officer, you will share collective accountability for the delivery of our strategy and the development of the Trust, and play a key role in developing a cutting-edge People Directorate that is highly visible and responsive. We are in transition, so in this role you will help us to embed a truly positive culture – one in which we create a more empowered workforce and foster inclusion and promote diversity.
We’re seeking a senior leader with significant people management experience within or outside healthcare, who brings a supportive, nurturing, and facilitative approach that allows others to come forward and succeed. You will have experience of leading organisational change and delivering transformation of an HR service. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of developing and implementing inclusive people and organisational development strategies, aligned with an organisation’s vision.
As a full member of the team of Executive Directors, hold joint corporate responsibility for the strategic direction of the Trust, corporate policy making and the development and delivery of the Trust’s objectives. To work closely with the Trust Executive colleagues to ensure there are effective and comprehensive people strategies which align with Trust strategic ambitions.
