Robert Half have been exclusively retained on a new role with the Anglia Maltings Group as they look to recruit a new Financial Controller. This role has been created by the longstanding Group Financial Controller, who is progressing into a new position within the group and will come in to join their already established team.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong technical ability, be comfortable leading the finance function, including the mentoring of team members, produce consolidated accounts for the group, and be the first point of call for all treasury matters and the external audit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management information - Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial statements to Corporate, and the reporting of management information to AMH's bank
2. Forecasting - Leading the Group's annual budgeting cycle, and Reforecasting exercise, including consolidation of Group's budgeted financial statements, liquidity and covenant forecasting and preparing presentations to the Board and the Group's bank.
3. External Audit - Accountable for the delivery of an efficient and timely audit process that meets regulatory requirements, while seeking opportunities to improve the audit process
