Looking to recruit a Regional HR Advisor to join a leading Property services company based in St Albans, with additional cover across contracts in surrounding areas and a hybrid working schedule
What we will offer you - up to £50,000 + company car/ or allowance, Bonus, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, enhanced pension, enhanced maternity and paternity pay
You will act as a regional expert, providing support across different work streams to Supervisors, Managers and Senior staff, support with employee relation queries, ensure all casework administration is accurate and maintained in line with GDPR. Support TUPE Processes, L&D and general HR enquires
We are looking for you to have previous experience in a generalist HR advisory role, Ideally hold a CIPD Membership/ Qualification Level 5, be professional, empathetic and have excellent Software eg, Microsoft, excel
