Following rapid growth in the UK, we’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Sales Manager to join our collaborative team. This is a pivotal role that will contribute directly to our expansion and success. The Role As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing our client base within the public sector. This hands-on position will require a proactive approach to new business generation, nurturing relationships, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the UK team, collaborate with international colleagues, and help shape the future of our operations in the region. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute a sales strategy to expand our footprint in the UK public sector, focusing on councils and housing associations. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as business analysts and digital transformation officers. Attend client meetings and site visits across the UK to deliver tailored presentations and solutions. Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Contribute to forecasting, team strategy, and performance reviews as part of a growing team.
