Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Manage and oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all transactions.
3. Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor financial performance against budgets and report on variances.
5. Prepare and present regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Prepare for and coordinate financial audits.
7. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability and liquidity.
