In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind enhancing our customer acquisition efforts. Focused primarily on the AA’s inbound channels, you’ll analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate closely with the acquisition leadership team to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
What will I be doing?
* Consumer Behaviour Insights: Understand the impact of our current Acquisition strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
* Market Understanding: Develop methodologies to analyse market activity and keep key stakeholders informed.
* Volume vs. Value Optimisation: Lead efforts to strike the right balance, shaping our pricing and promotional strategies.
* Customer Analysis: Deliver insights supporting business decisions and tactical execution.
* Existing Member Impact: Collaborate with Retention and Channel Analysts to monitor Acquisition’s effect on our current Members.
* Segment Reach and Effectiveness: Measure how we engage the right customer segments for maximum impact.
What do I need?
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate and insightful analysis, contributing significantly to commercial objectives.
* Analytics Simplification: Skilled at translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations, collaborating closely with operational teams.
* Numeracy and Tools: Highly proficient in data manipulation and relevant analytical tools, including advanced Excel and SQL (SAS experience preferred).
* Commercial Awareness: Understands and actively contributes to the broader business strategy and objectives.
* Education and Qualifications: Holds a degree-level qualification or equivalent in an analytical discipline (e.g., mathematics, physics, engineering).
* Drive and Passion: Motivated individual with the energy to enhance business performance.
* Continuous Learning: Demonstrates a hunger for knowledge and skill development.
* Effective Collaboration: Well-organized team player who can manage multiple tasks, work with diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively, even with non-analytical colleagues.
