KeyResponsibilities:
* Conductaudits in accordance with prescribed procedures with support fromsenior team members asneeded.
* Developdetailed audit plans addressing potential challenges and applyingappropriate tests to gather sufficientevidence.
* Assignsections of audits to junior staff providing clear expectations andguidance.
* Monitorproject progress managing budgets and deadlineseffectively.
* Conductfinal analytical reviews and oversee the completion of auditfiles.
* Draftclient correspondence related to audits and financialstatements.
* Offertechnical guidance and mentorship to junior staff enhancing theireffectiveness.
* Evaluatestaff performance and provide constructivefeedback.
Requirements
* ACAor ACCA qualified with practiceexperience.
* 23years of postqualification auditingexperience.
* Strongaudit analysis and planningskills.
* Proficiencyin Excel Word and ideallyCaseWare.
* Previousexperience supervising or mentoring juniorstaff.
* Uptodatetechnical knowledge of accountingstandards.
* Excellentcommunication and problemsolvingabilities.
* Clientfocusedmindset with commercialawareness.

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong auditand accounts experience. Previous experience working in anaccountancy practice. Experience conducting UK company audits.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with accounting software such as SAGE, Xero,QuickBooks, and Kashflow. Strong attention to detail and analyticalskills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Confidence in building and managing professional clientrelationships. Strong organizational skills and ability to meetdeadlines. Team player with the ability to build strong workingrelationships.
