About the Role

As a valued member of the Credit Solutions Team, you will provide a comprehensive range of services for a varied and high-profile client base, including:

* Major utility suppliers
* Government bodies
* Financial and commercial businesses
* Insolvency practitioners

You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

* Advising on the merits of litigation and acting for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings
* Managing insolvency actions
* Working on non-contentious probate matters, such as securing grants on behalf of creditors and administering estates

This role is perfect for a solicitor with strong commercial litigation experience who is eager to specialise further, develop their expertise, and grow within a thriving, fast-paced environment.
